No doubt you will have looked at various options from UK Estate Agents and trawled the various sites on the net looking for the property that you seek. Whilst there is nothing wrong with these methods in our opinion by far the best way is a combination of all factors. Identify a shortlist of property that you would consider buying, meet an agent on the ground get all the up to date facts and then proceed to look around.
